SHIPPING POLICY

  • All BuddyLove orders require 2-3 business for processing for fulfillment, unless expedited delivery status is selected for Next Day or Two Day Air Delivery. 
  • All products marked PRE-ORDER will not be shipped until estimated date listed in product description
  • BuddyLove does not ship on weekends. If placed on Friday-Sunday or a holiday, your package will ship in the following business days.
  • Any BuddyLove orders that have multiple items could potentially be shipped in multiple packages.
  • We are not responsible for reimbursement for any delay/lost/damages made by the shipping services on all orders. 
  • We can and will file claims for delayed/lost/damaged items through the appropriate carrier. However, there is no guarantee that the claim will be approved or successful. If you believe this applies to you, please email shop@buddylove.com providing your order number and tracking number.
  • If there is an issue with your order, shop@buddylove.com will reach out to you within 2 business days of your order being placed. 
  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you need your package quicker, we offer additional  shipping options that are calculated at checkout.
  • WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
