Terms and Conditions for BuddyLove Clothing Label's Monthly $500 Store Credit Giveaway and Styling Session with Boss Babe Grayson DiFonzo

1. Eligibility:
The BuddyLove Clothing Label Monthly $500 Store Credit Giveaway and Styling Session ("Giveaway") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, within the continuous United States, who sign up for email and text marketing during the specified promotional period, and who are signing up for the first time.

2. How to Enter: 
To enter the Giveaway, participants must sign up for email and text marketing by providing a valid email address and phone number on the designated sign-up form.

3. Giveaway Period: 
The Giveaway period repeats monthly, beginning on March 1, 2024 and ends before May 1, 2024

4. Prize: 
The prize for the Giveaway is a $500 store credit at BuddyLove Clothing Label and a styling session with Founder and Designer, Grayson DiFonzo.

5. Winner Selection: 
A winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries each month.

6. Winner Notification: 
The winner will be notified via email and/or text message within 7 days of the Giveaway end date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Right to Cancel or Modify: 
BuddyLove Clothing Label reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances that may compromise the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.

8. Disqualification: 
Participants who provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities may be disqualified from the Giveaway.

9. Data Collection and Usage:
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to receive email and text marketing communications from BuddyLove Clothing Label. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Prize Forfeiture:
If, by the end of the promotional period, BuddyLove Clothing Label does not gain a minimum of 20,000 new email sign-ups, we reserve the right not to complete the Giveaway for that month, and no winner will be chosen. In such a case, participants will not be eligible for the $500 store credit and styling session.

11. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dallas, TX.
