What a hat bar actually is
Part shop, part custom workshop. You start with a blank felt or straw hat in a color and brim shape you love. Then you build it up with leather bands, silk wraps, vintage pins, feathers, dried florals, and beaded conchos.
Custom shaping finishes the hat to fit your head, your style, and the angle you want to wear it. The whole thing takes 20 to 45 minutes. Most hats run $180 to $350 finished.

The cool-weather workhorse. Wool felt for everyday, fur felt for the upgrade. Holds custom shaping, takes branding sharper, reads polished from wedding venue to wine room.

For everything April through October in this part of Texas. Lighter, breathable, packs flat. Toquilla, palm, raffia, and seagrass weaves in classic Western and modern wide-brim shapes.
