BL Travels: Nashville Recap

Half of the Babe Crew spent a long weekend in Nashville and to say we had THE BEST time would be an understatement. @buddylovesrachel originally planned this trip to go visit her college best friends, but it was quickly hijacked by the Babe Crew! After convincing @buddyloveskatie and @buddylovesblythe to tag along, it wasn't long before other Babes jumped on the Nashville train. Everyone was shocked when they found out we were all co-workers, but that's what happens when you work for such a close, tight knit company!

DAY 1

drinks

The wheels touched down in Nashville and we headed straight to the Graduate Nashville hotel. Pro #1: You don't have to stay there to play there, (but we definitely recommend booking one of their funky rooms if you're able!) Pro #2: What we really came for, the over-the-top, indoor-outdoor rooftop experience- White Limozeen. The furthest thing from your average bar on a roof! Inspired by Dolly Parton, this iconic gem has all the glitz, glam and pink one could ever want. Pro #3: The hotel is pet friendly!

dinner

On the menu for night 1 in Nashville, the Babes headed to the Midtown area for dinner at The Ainsworth, while @buddylovesrachel met up with her college besties at Sunda Nashville. The Ainsworth boasts a suave, modern twist on the classic sports bar, while Sunda is the perfect place to enjoy various Japanese cuisines with the girls!

DAY 2

brunch

Tavern + RH at Green Hills

Day 2 started with brunch + 2-for-1 drinks at Tavern, while @buddylovesrachel went on another solo venture to brunch at RH at Green Hills with some of our favorite Nashville influencers! Tavern is known for their killer brunch menu and has even been voted the Best Nashville Brunch by several different food critics! Located at the Green Hills Mall, RH Café is casual yet elegant and features a seasonal, ingredient-driven menu.

dinner

We were so excited for our dinner reservations at at the swanky STK Nashville steakhouse! STK is an upscale steakhouse, BUT with a DJ! It's a must-eat restaurant when in Nashville. After dinner, we walked to L.A. Jackson, an indoor-outdoor rooftop bar overlooking The Gulch and Downtown Nashville! Aside from the amazing views, this bar offers a BuddyLove favorite; the Chambong!! *Drink at your own risk for a good time.

DAY 3

brunch

Day 3 was filled with both bubbly and brewskis! We started at the Hampton Social, which was probably our favorite brunch during the trip! This 3-story hotspot has the best views of the Nashville skyline from the rooftop bar, offers HUGE shareable cocktails and has an entire Rosé lounge on the first floor!

Once we were done brunching, we walked to Yee-Haw Brewing Co. to keep the good times rolling! Yee-Haw is is known for their wide variety of craft beer and ALWAYS being ready to get down and rowdy.

dinner

For our last dinner in Nashville, we enjoyed some premier Mexican cuisine at Saint Anejo Cantina! Saint Anejo is another local favorite for patio dining, offering Latin mixology crafted from over 120 premium labels, private dining options and a Tequila Library!

DAY 4

BNA -> DAL

WE ARE EXHAUSTED, GET US HOME!!! We like to think we really thrived in Nashville. It was just the getaway we all needed to let loose, refuel and bring this whirlwind of a year to a close! It may have taken us a few days to fully recover, but we will definitely be back for round 2!
